What’s new

An overview that tells you what’s running late

  • Tasks that haven’t started now show up. A task that should have started but is still on "To do" now appears on your overview under "Needs your attention". Before, the overview would tell you nothing was late.
  • An overview that leads with the numbers. At the top you see in one line how many tasks are running late, with your next two weeks below it. Your projects also have their own card now, with progress and a picture for the type of renovation.
  • Help when you need it. There’s now a Help button in the app. You can email or WhatsApp us with a question or an idea.

A quicker first planning, and room for waiting

  • Start from a ready-made planning. Pick kitchen, bathroom, moving, garden or extension, answer a few short questions and you have a first planning straight away. You can change it afterwards.
  • Waiting time after a task. Does the screed have to dry, or is your kitchen on its way? Enter the days under "Waiting time after". Tasks that depend on it start after it. On the timeline the wait shows as a dashed stretch behind the task.
  • Tasks move along. Make a task longer or move it in the task panel, and the tasks that depend on it now move with it.
  • The timeline on your phone. Hold your phone sideways and you see the timeline with task names on the bars. Tap a bar to open the task.
  • See which task is open. With a task open, it’s also highlighted on the timeline. Click a task’s row to open it.

Signing in with a code and a smarter overview

  • Sign in with a code. No more password. Enter your email address and you get a code to sign in.
  • An overview that tells you where to start. The overview shows what's urgent and what's coming up. If you can't deal with something now, put it off until tomorrow or next week.
  • Only open tasks. The filter in the task list hides what's already done.
  • Zoom in on one task. Hover over a bar on the timeline and zoom in on that task, with the tasks around it in view.
  • See which task a document belongs to. The documents page now shows the task each document is attached to.
  • Messages from us. If there's something you should know, like maintenance or a new feature, you see it in the app. Most messages you can close, and then they don't come back.

All your projects in one overview

  • Tasks and timeline across projects. Pick one, several or all projects in the sidebar and see their tasks and timeline together.
  • A colour per room. Give every room its own colour. You see it again in the table and on the timeline.
  • A colour per phase. The bars on the timeline take the colour of their phase. A finished task is filled in, a task that hasn't started has only an outline.
  • Columns you can widen yourself. If a long task name doesn't fit, drag the column wider. PLOTT remembers it.
  • A clearer budget. The budget now says Project budget, Planned, Spent and Not yet planned, so you can see which amount is which.
  • A backup of all your projects at once. Choose "All projects" and you get a backup of everything in one go, including projects that are already finished.

Adding tasks faster, also on your phone

  • Add a task wherever you are. The button on screen lets you put a task down in a few seconds, without going to another page first.
  • Link tasks by dragging. Draw a line from one task to another on the timeline and they depend on each other.
  • Put tasks in order. Drag a task to another place in the list, or to another room.
  • Zoom the timeline. Zoom in and out smoothly, and on your phone or tablet with two fingers.
  • Photos and PDFs in view. Open a photo or PDF in the app without leaving the page.
  • Products in one place. Keep track of each product: how many you need, what it costs and whether it's still to buy, ordered or delivered. One list shows what still has to arrive.
  • Delete your account. If you want to leave, you can delete your account and all your data yourself.

A timeline for your planning

  • The timeline. See all your tasks as bars on a timeline. Drag a bar to move a task, or pull its edge to make it longer or shorter.
  • Tasks that depend on each other. Link tasks together, like tiling only after plastering. When one task moves, the other moves with it.
  • Milestones. A moment that matters, like the handover, shows as a diamond on the timeline. If it's at risk of running late, you see that.
  • Budget across all your projects. See what you've planned and spent, even when you have several projects.
  • Documents with your project. Keep quotes, drawings and photos with your project and view them in the app.
  • Connect your AI assistant. Let Claude or another AI assistant look into your projects.

The first version

  • Projects and tasks. Create a project and keep your tasks in a clear table. Every task is to do, in progress or done.
  • Rooms. Group your tasks by the rooms you're working on, like the kitchen or the bathroom.
  • A backup of your project. Download your project as a file and put it back later if you need to.
  • Dutch or English. The app comes in both languages.
