Algemene voorwaarden
Deze voorwaarden gelden voor het gebruik van de website plottbuild.com, voor de mailinglijst, en voor het gebruik van PLOTT zolang het in bèta is.
1. Wie zijn wij
PLOTT is een planningstool voor mensen die hun eigen huis verbouwen. De website en de applicatie worden aangeboden door PLOTT, bereikbaar via support@plottbuild.com.
2. PLOTT is in bèta
PLOTT is in actieve ontwikkeling. Functies kunnen veranderen, verdwijnen of bijkomen, en er kunnen storingen en fouten optreden. We doen ons best om PLOTT beschikbaar en betrouwbaar te houden, maar we garanderen geen ononderbroken beschikbaarheid en geen specifieke functionaliteit op een specifieke datum.
Beschrijvingen van functies en prijzen op deze website geven onze huidige plannen weer. Daaraan kun je geen rechten ontlenen.
3. Je account
Voor het gebruik van PLOTT maak je een account aan. Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor het geheimhouden van je inloggegevens en voor wat er onder jouw account gebeurt. Je account is voor jou; deel hem niet met anderen.
Je kunt je account op elk moment opzeggen. Neem daarvoor contact op via support@plottbuild.com. Wij kunnen een account opschorten of beëindigen bij misbruik, bij pogingen de dienst te verstoren, of bij handelen in strijd met deze voorwaarden.
4. Wat je in PLOTT zet, blijft van jou
Je projecten, documenten, foto's en bedragen blijven van jou. Wij claimen daar geen eigendom op. We gebruiken je gegevens alleen om PLOTT voor je te laten werken, zoals beschreven in de privacyverklaring. Je kunt je gegevens exporteren of laten verwijderen wanneer je wilt.
Je bent er zelf verantwoordelijk voor dat je geen materiaal in PLOTT zet dat inbreuk maakt op rechten van anderen of in strijd is met de wet.
5. Kosten
Zolang PLOTT in bèta is, kost het gebruik niets. Als daar verandering in komt, laten we dat ruim van tevoren weten en beslis je zelf of je doorgaat. Je zit nergens aan vast.
6. De mailinglijst
Je kunt je e-mailadres achterlaten om op de hoogte te blijven. Dat is gratis en vrijblijvend, je krijgt er geen verplichtingen door, en je kunt je met één klik weer uitschrijven.
7. Aansprakelijkheid
De informatie op deze website is met zorg samengesteld, maar we geven geen garanties over juistheid of volledigheid. We zijn niet aansprakelijk voor schade die voortvloeit uit het gebruik van deze website of van PLOTT, behalve bij opzet of grove schuld.
8. Intellectueel eigendom
De website, de applicatie en het PLOTT-merk, inclusief teksten en ontwerpen, zijn van ons en mogen niet zonder toestemming worden overgenomen. Dit geldt niet voor de inhoud die jij zelf toevoegt; die blijft van jou.
9. Privacy
Hoe we met je persoonsgegevens omgaan lees je in onze privacyverklaring.
10. Wijzigingen
We kunnen deze voorwaarden aanpassen, bijvoorbeeld wanneer PLOTT uit bèta komt. De actuele versie staat altijd op deze pagina. Bij ingrijpende wijzigingen laten we het weten aan wie een account heeft of op de mailinglijst staat.
11. Toepasselijk recht
Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland.

These terms cover the use of the plottbuild.com website, the mailing list, and the use of PLOTT while it is in beta.

1. Who we are
PLOTT is a planning tool for people renovating their own home. The website and the application are provided by PLOTT, reachable at support@plottbuild.com.
2. PLOTT is in beta
PLOTT is under active development. Features may change, disappear or arrive, and outages and bugs can happen. We do our best to keep PLOTT available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, nor any particular feature on any particular date.
Descriptions of features and pricing on this website reflect our current plans. You cannot derive any rights from them.
3. Your account
Using PLOTT means creating an account. Keeping your login details to yourself is your responsibility, as is what happens under your account. Your account is yours; do not share it.
You can close your account whenever you like, by writing to support@plottbuild.com. We can suspend or end an account in cases of abuse, attempts to disrupt the service, or conduct that breaches these terms.
4. What you put into PLOTT stays yours
Your projects, documents, photos and numbers stay yours. We claim no ownership of them. We use your data only to run PLOTT for you, as described in the privacy statement. You can export or delete your data whenever you want.
It is your responsibility not to put material into PLOTT that infringes anyone else's rights or breaks the law.
5. Cost
While PLOTT is in beta, using it costs nothing. If that changes we will say so well in advance, and it is your call whether to carry on. You are not committed to anything.
6. The mailing list
You can leave your email address to stay up to date. That is free and non-binding, it puts you under no obligation, and one click unsubscribes you again.
7. Liability
The information on this website has been put together with care, but we make no guarantees as to its accuracy or completeness. We are not liable for damage arising from the use of this website or of PLOTT, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
8. Intellectual property
The website, the application and the PLOTT brand, including its text and designs, are ours and may not be reused without permission. This does not apply to the content you add yourself, which stays yours.
9. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy statement.
10. Changes
We may amend these terms, for instance when PLOTT leaves beta. The current version is always on this page. For significant changes we will tell anyone who has an account or is on the mailing list.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
